Connie's Bio
Connie Siu is the founder and president of CDC Synectics Inc. She helps companies create high performance organizations for accelerated progress toward strategic goals.
With over 20 years of business experience in strategic planning, operations, marketing, finance and information technology, Connie brings a balanced, insightful and structured approach to consulting. Her collaborative approach to improving corporate performance has been proven with clients in industries such as telecommunication, health care, insurance, packaging, education, transportation, utility, retail and government.
Prior to founding CDC Synectics, Connie was a manager with TELUS. She championed strategic projects, managed product portfolios and launched the first product online store.
Connie is very active in the community. She serves on the Board for Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society. She had served as the Treasurer for the British Columbia Certified Management Consultants Association and co-chaired the Transportation subcommittee at the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. She also mentors students on career development. She has volunteered with the Minerva Foundation, Women in Leadership Foundation, Vancouver Board of Trade and Junior Achievement.
Connie earned her MBA, Master and Bachelor Engineering (Civil) Degrees, and a Certificate in eBusiness Management from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Management Consultant and a registered professional engineer in BC.
